Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) of police on Sunday killed two militants associated with a banned outfit in an alleged encounter. Police said that the CTD team conducted a raid near Northern Bypass. The terrorists were allegedly involved in over 100 cases of heinous crimes including murders. They were identified as Zafar and Sajid. They were carrying Rs 0.5 million and Rs 1 million head money, respectively.
