Pakistan Horticulture Development and Export Company (PHDEC) has decided to set up E-beam plants, establishing latest laboratories to suggest balanced use of fertiliser to enhance fruits and vegetable productions in the country. Co-operation from all the agricultural universities and academia will also be sought in this connection and efforts are aimed at enhancing production and exports of fresh fruits and vegetables from Pakistan.
PHDEC Chairman Fawwad Ishaq after reviewing different projects in this regard has constituted different committees comprising Company's Board members which would visit whole country and report on practicable projects.
