Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Punjab Organiser Chaudhary Mohammad Sarwar has said the party's Kissan Convention will be held in Hafizabad on September 5, which will addressed by PTI Chairman Imran Khan and other central and provincial leaders. He said his party was ready to fight at all forums to ensure that farmers would get their due rights and that the "sugar mills mafia" was out squeeze even "the last drop of blood from poor farmers".
His announcement came in a speech to different farmers' organisations' office-bearers in his office on Wednesday. He claimed that his party, under the leadership of Imran Khan, was fighting for the rights of youth and women as well as farmers, who were the backbone of the country's economy. He said his party would never compromise on the rights of people's rights in the country. He said his party would be ready to stand with the farmers even at roads for the resolution of their genuine problems.
