Multan traders hold rallies to condemn Peshawar incident

Traders of Multan on Saturday organised two rallies to express solidarity with Armed forces and to condemn the terrorism in the country. Traders observed the mourning day over the tragic Peshawar Badaber air base incident in which 29 people lost their lives. A rally was taken out from Grain Market under the leadership of Khawaja Shafiq and Sultan Mehmood Malik. Participants expressed solidarity with armed forces. They strongly condemned the incident and demanded strong action against those involved in the incident.
The participants were holding banner, posters, and placards condemning the brutal attack on the worshippers during Fajr prayers. While addressing the participants, Khawaja Shafiq said terrorists could not bring down the morale of the nation through such cowardly attacks. He said terrorism must be eliminated completely to ensure peace in the country. He said the whole nation shared the grief of the bereaved families and expressed solidarity with them.
