The number of dengue affected patients climbed to 12 as dengue virus was confirmed in another resident of Swat. According to the management of Saidu Sharif Hospital, dengue virus has confirmed in Perdesh 35, a resident of the Qaziabad, a suburban locality of Mingora city. The patient has been admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital where his treatment was in progress.
Presently two patients are under treatment in hospital while 10 have been discharged after recovery. During current year dengue virus has been confirmed in 12 persons. However, they are neither included any woman nor any casualty has reported from the disease so far.
