SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vice-President and United Businessmen Group (UBG) Chairman Iftikhar Ali Malik has urged the government to post young businessmen as commercial counsellors abroad to boost the country's exports. Talking to businessmen, he called for encouraging young blood to participate in trade bodies' elections to bring a positive change in the country's economy.
He said that all the trade bodies in the country should organise youth development programmes. Malik said: "It is an honour for him that the business community has nominated me as Field Marshal of Pease." He appreciated the members of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) who participated in the chamber's election during heavy rain.
