ISE index improves 26.64 points

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Wednesday, where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 26.64 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,772.59 to 2,799.23 points. The overall turnover amounted to 3,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 15,500 shares.
Total 141 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks 76 closed in positive territory, (65) closed in negative territory, whereas no company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Silk Bank was 3,500 shares.
