University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Peshawar in collaboration with SUPARCO will observe World Space Week 2015 from October 5 to 9. Vice Chancellor UET Peshawar Engr Syed Imtiaz Hussain Gilani will be the chief guest of the opening ceremony which will be held at university's main hall. A Space Walk will also be held on the same day to aware people about the space technology, applications and navigation.
Activities like seminars, quiz competition, art competition, model making competition, poster making competition, Space videography, visit to PIA Planetarium for sky simulation, declamation contest, water rocket competition and space poetry will be part of the Space Week. Students from different schools and colleges will participate in various activities.
