The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday stopped the National Accountability Bureau from taking action against two businessmen following recovery of a 'defaulted' bank loan. But the court referred the petition to a full bench to decide. Businessmen Ahmad Humayon and Ahsan Humayon said in their petition that they had obtained a loan from Bank of Punjab. They claimed that they had returned the loan with the mark-up.
