Pakistan Thereek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan on Friday challenged Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief and Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif to face him in public. He was addressing a public meeting on last day of campaigning for NA-122 by-election in Lahore. Khan said "I am referring to Nawaz Sharif, you've no option choosing a better darbari to hide behind, if you have courage, come and talk to me yourself rather than using these coward Darbaris (courtiers)."
He said that if he faced any hard time he would not flee to Jeddah, rather he will prefer to live in the country and fight for the rights of the people. He said that Nawaz Sharif had gathered a group of 'coward Darbaris' who have no courage to ask their 'corrupt' leader about his out of the country wealth.
"Do PML-N members have the courage to ask Nawaz why he keeps his assets abroad," he questioned. Imran said that PML-N thought it would be an easy win for them but they did not know the PTI had a secret weapon. "In Lahore and Punjab they are acting like MQM. They murdered people fearing defeat," he claimed. He requested people of Lahore to do their best to stop rigging.
Khan said the PML-N was suffering from the delusion that it would walk away with the vote this time again. "Not so fast...That rigging history is not going to repeat itself this time around. Defeat has become their destiny, I must make it clear to them," the cricketer-turned-politician said. Coming down hard on the Sharif family, the PTI leader said they fled to save their necks like 'milksops' when they should have faced the tyrant.
