Modest business on grain market

Modest business was seen on the local grain market on Saturday due to less buying interest among buyers, dealers said. On the cereals side, Gur prices picked up by Rs 300 to Rs 8000 and Rs 8500, other commodities managed to hold overnight levels, they said. On the grams side, Bajra low quality was higher by Rs 150 to Rs 3300 and the best quality was unchanged at Rs 4300, they said. On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag registered higher at Rs 1800 and Rs 1850, they added.
