Frequent power outages and low voltage have become daily routine at Saphore on main Kiran hospital road. When complaints are made, K-Electric always blame feeder fault and takes hours to restore electricity. Residents of the area said that the transformers installed at Rufi Homes were overloaded. They said the power fluctuations were so intense that the consumers had to disconnect supply to their homes by turning off main switches to save their appliances. They said that it happened almost daily and despite appeals by no remedy had been provided to solve the problem.
