President, Pakistan Muslim League-Q, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, senior central leader Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and Moonis Elahi have said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) has given us practical lesson to stand upright against oppression and oppressor by offering great sacrifice along with the family members of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). He has given us ever-lasting message to fight with full force, courage and steadfastness for upholding the principles of Quran and Sunnah.
PML leaders in their messages on Youm-e-Ashur said that we should make golden principles of the lives of Karbala tragedy martyrs beacon-light for ourselves, we should commit today once again to act upon these principles, brushing aside all political and petty differences, create complete unity and solidarity in our ranks against all forces hostile towards Islam and Pakistan and give preference to the interests of the nation and the country over our personal, party and political interests. They prayed that Almighty Allah may grant us strength and courage to work wholeheartedly for betterment of Islam and our beloved motherland Pakistan.
They further advised the people to utilise their capabilities and resources for betterment, prosperity, progress of our nation and the country and for well-being and welfare of the people. We demonstrate practically tolerance and sacrifice for each other as this was the only best way to pay homage to the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and his great colleagues.-PR
