At least seven persons were killed while 15 others injured in two road accidents near Makran Coastal Highway, some 140km away from Tehsil Uthal of Lasbella district on Sunday. According to Levies sources, a Karachi-bound bus, carrying passengers from Mand plunged into a deep ravine due to break fail, leaving four persons dead and 14 others injured.
Meanwhile, three people; driver Ghulam Farooq, Mehran and Abdul Wahid died while Hafeezullah suffered wounds when a truck fell into a ravine at the same place few minutes after the earlier accident.
Soon after the incident, Pakistan Coast Guard's rescue team reached the site and shifted the bodies and the injured to district headquarters hospital.
