Orientation session held at UET Jalozai Campus

In a simple but well organised Orientation Ceremony, the newly inducted students for the new academic session 2015-16 were welcomed at the Jalozai Campus of University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar. Dean Faculty of Engineering, Dr Professor Noor Muhammad was the Chief Guest of the Orientation Ceremony which was attended by the students along with their parents.
In his welcome speech, Dean Faculty of Engineering Professor Dr Noor Muhammad stressed upon the students to take this opportunity of getting admission into the country's prestigious engineering university as a platform to lead the way to a successful future. Professor Dr Noor Muhammad who himself is a graduate of UET Peshawar said that he feel honoured to announce that first full batch of students have been inducted in four disciplines at Jalozai Campus ie Electrical, Mecanical, Civil and Industrial. He urged the students to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the university.
Later, Professor Dr Noor Muhammad took the visiting parents of the students to the tour of the Jalozai Campus. The parents on the occasion expressed their full satisfaction over the facilities provided by the UET Peshawar at the Jalozai Campus including hostel facilities. They thanked Dean UET Peshawar for inviting them on the important ceremony.
