University of Sindh will conduct a pre-entry test for Bachelors degree programme on 8th November at Allama I.I Kazi Campus Jamshoro and various campuses of university at Larkana, Dadu, Bhitshah, Thatta, Badin and Mirpurkhas. Professor Dr Abida Taherani, Vice Chancellor University of Sindh, in this regard chaired a high level meeting, here on Wednesday.
The meeting attended by registrar, deans of various faculties and convenors of committees was informed that about 15,000 candidates are expected to appear in the test, for which different arrangements were reviewed. In the meeting, it was emphasised to make improved arrangements of security, transportation and sitting arrangements of the candidates for smooth conduct of the event.
Special arrangements were also suggested for waiting arrangement made for parents of candidates at Fatima Jinnah Girls Gymnasium and for mothers and sisters Syed Pannah Ali Shah Model School Jamshoro, while media would be provided more facilities for batter coverage of the event. Addressing the meeting, the vice chancellor directed the convenors of various committees for effective coordination with each other to ensure the event successful.
