Raiwand congregation: LTC to run special mini-buses

Lahore Transport Company (LTC) and its private transport operators will run special mini buses to help commuters take part in a Raiwand congregation. The mini buses will run in the first phase from November 5 and 8, while the second phase from November 12 to 15. The existing routes have been provisionally realigned. A shuttle service will also run from Raiwand pandal to the main Raiwand Road.
The mini buses will be operating on two different routes: route 1 will begin from the General Bus Stop Railway Station via Dharampura, Canal Road, Muslim Town Mor, Thokar Niaz Baig and Bhobtian and Muhammad Ali Chowks to Raiwand. Route 2 will start from the General Bus Stop Azadi Chowk via Civil Secretariat, Chuburji, Samnabad Moor, Yateem Khana, Thokar Niaz Baig and Bhobtian Chowk to the Raiwand congregation. Operations department will remain in close liaison with the allied departments and transport operators.
