Western Union Foundation has announced an aid of 50,000 dollars for the affectees of the recent earthquake of Pakistan, India, Afghanistan and Tajikistan. The said money would be delivered to the affected areas by Western Union employees, welfare organisations and other business entities. Aid's first instalment of 25,000 dollars would be given to International Medical Corps in order to accelerate the rescue work.
