The moon of Safar has not been sighted, Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman announced Thursday. Talking to media after chairing the meeting of Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee (Islamabad), he said Safar moon has not been sighted at various places in the country. The first of Safar would be on November 14 (Saturday). Director Ministry of Religious Affairs Noor-ul-Islam told APP that Chairman Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman was in Islamabad, so he chaired the zonal committee's meeting here.
