Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has rejected the allegations of Imran Khan saying that the federal government has taken practical steps for the welfare of farmers and facilitate them to overcome the losses.
Commenting on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief's criticism of Kissan Package and allegations against the federal government he said, the PTI-led provincial government has done nothing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for farmers.
He said the Kissan Package announced by the government is for farmers of the whole country.
About Nandipur power project, the Minister said, it is functional and Imran Khan can visit the site to see for himself.
He said that Imran Khan should tell the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa what steps PTI government took for farmers of province.
