Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday postponed hearing of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto's assassination case till November 23. According to details, lawyer of Pervaiz Musharraf Barrister Farrukh Naseem did not appear before the court for completing the arguments on the petition regarding Mark Siegel an American Journalist's statement recorded through video link. However, prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar has completed his arguments on the petition.
ATC Judge Rai Muhammad Ayub Marth, giving last chance to the defendant's lawyer to ensure his presence for completing arguments on the petition on the next date of hearing, postponed the case.
