Pakistan Postal Service sign their first-ever Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Bank of Punjab (BOP) on Wednesday. The signing ceremony was conducted in the presence of President of BOP Naeemuddin Khan and Director General Pakistan Postal Services Fakir Syed Shaharyaruddin along with senior members of both institutions.
The scope of the MoU covers both the parties will work together towards driving financial exclusivity and providing services to pensioners and citizens of Pakistan across the country. Bank of Punjab (BOP) and Pakistan Post (PP) will synergize their skills and strengths to enhance the financial capability by providing professional and on-time pension payments to civilians and armed forces. It also aims to manage swift revenue collections towards government exchequer with exclusive services and outreach towards home remittances.-PR
