Atif Aslam gives new life to iconic song ‘Chalte Chalte’

Atif Aslam has given a new life to Bollywood’s iconic number ‘Chalte Chalte’ from the 70's hit ‘Pakeezah’. Jackky Bhagnani and Kritika Kamra’s upcoming film ‘Mitron’ has released a rendition of the iconic number sung by Pakistani singer.

Atif's slow crooning suits the soulful music, bringing new life and freshness to the age-old classic. Recreated by Tanishk Bagchi, who also penned additional lyrics, the number is pleasing to the ears.

After ruining many iconic numbers, Bollywood has now roped in Pakistani singer to croon Ghulam Mohammed's classic track, and seems like it has worked this time.

The original track features vocals by the legendary Lata Mangeshkar, and the lyrics of the song were penned by Kaifi Azmi.
