Unilever Talent Hunt (UTH) 2015 has been launched as a means of attracting top talent from leading universities across Pakistan. UTH provides students the opportunity to showcase their academic and strategic acumen whilst helping Unilever build a stronger affiliation with some of the best educational institutes in the country.
UTH 2015 reached out to 5,500 students at leading universities across the country, inviting them to participate for an opportunity to represent Pakistan internationally. The semi-finalists of UTH 2015 will be decided by the end of November with the final six teams competing for a chance to represent Pakistan at the global finale in London.
Shafaq Omar, Director Human Resources, Unilever Pakistan, highlighted, "The Unilever Talent Hunt provides participants the opportunity to represent Pakistan at the Future Leader's League, which is a global competition bringing students together from across the world to experience the nuances of future leadership. The winners of the Pakistan leg will also get direct access to the Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) Assessment Centre, which is a first step towards employment as a Management Trainee at Unilever in Pakistan."-PR
