The ruling United Business Group (UBG) of FPCCI has nominated famous businessman Mian Azizur Rehman Chan as candidate for Punjab FPCCI vice president. The decision was taken in a meeting jointly chaired by Chairman UBG Iftikhar Ali Malik and Patron-in-Chief S M Muneer.
Representatives of different chambers and associations across the Punjab attended the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, business leaders SM Muneer, Iftikhar Ali Malik, Hameed Akhtar Chadda, presidential candidate Abdul Rauf Alam, Malik Sohail and others said that UBG enjoys backing of 90 percent of the business community and those who ruled and misused FPCCI for decades were sidelined in the last elections.
Muneer said that FPCCI is now a corruption-free institution which will continue to help business community.
