Samsung Galaxy Note 9 users report signs of leaking displays
Just a few weeks after users were able to get their hands on Samsung’s latest Galaxy Note 9, they have started reporting a new defect in the phone about their ‘leaking screens’.
It has not even been a month to Samsung’s Galaxy Note 9 launch and complains have started pouring in. Numerous people who bought the phone claim that the phone’s display has some signs of leakage around its curved edge.
Users have reported spotting a light leakage at the left side of the screen and the display’s edge where it hits the metal frame, reported Phone World. However, some users came to defend saying it is no light leakage, but an illusion that appears because of curved screen and reflections within the display.

However, the issue wasn’t seen in all of the Galaxy Note 9 devices. Also, soon after this issue was brought to light, many Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S9 users reported having the same issue with their phones.
Meanwhile, the South Korean tech giant is looking into people responses to the device and is soon to provide any statement.
Like all Samsung’s high-end phones, the Galaxy Note 9 too has a large curved OLED panel. The 6.4-inch display comes with a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and is even being regarded as the brightest and most color-accurate display on the market, reported Forbes.
