Speakers at a seminar organised by Pakistan Study Centre agreed that there must be internal stability in Pakistan and Pakistani nation must be strong politically, economically and culturally in order to resolve Kashmir issue. PU Vice Chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran, former ambassador Masood Khan, Lieutenant General Gulam Mustafa (R), Professor Dr Hassan Askari Rizvi and Director Pakistan Study Centre Professor Dr Massarrat Abid expressed these views while addressing a seminar titled "Kashmir Issue: The Way Forward" held at Al Raazi Hall.
Director Pakistan Study Centre Professor Dr Massarrat Abid, faculty members and a large number of students were present on the occasion. Addressing the ceremony, the VC said that India was involved in various terrorist activities in Pakistan. He said that knowledge was headspring of power and respect. Addressing the ceremony, Masood Khan said "we must look forward to find solutions to Kashmir issue and create awareness amongst all the segments of society regarding the issue.
