University of Wah organised a professional workshop on research methodology and technical writing skills from 15-17 December, 2015. The workshop was jointly hosted by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and the University. The workshop focused on research tools and documentation of the research work at various levels.
The workshop provided a platform to faculty members to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes for better research. This workshop will equip them with adequate skills and will help them to convey their research work in an effective and efficient manner.
The workshop was participatory in nature. It offered illustrative lectures, interactive and moderated sessions, and some practical exercises. The resource persons presented illustrative lectures on the issues and applicability of qualitative and quantitative techniques in research with in Pakistani context. The Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Khaliq Ur Rehman Shad appreciated the support from Higher Education Commission and hoped that such joint undertakings will continue at a greater frequency in future as well.-PR
