Violation of code of conduct in LB polls: PPP files complaint in ECP against Zulfiqar, Fehmida

Pakistan People's Party (PPP) on Friday filed complaint in Election Commission of Pakistan against its disgruntled leader Dr Zulfiqar Mirza and his wife Fehmida Mirza MNA for what they said violation of ECP code of conduct during the recent local bodies elections.
Senior PPP leader Senator Taj Haider and MNA Nafeesa Shah field the complaint which states that Mirza and his wife disrupted law and order situation during local body elections. They said that Zulfiqar and Fehmida Mirza had violated ECP code of conduct by participating in election campaign, as members of National Assembly cannot take part in such activities.
