Scrutiny of the remaining 1,809 organisations is in progress. Similarly, both groups contested election separately and issued notices of two administrative structures and both are stick to their separate body and both were operating in violation of Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance 1961. The Helping Angel Social Welfare Organisation, Peshawar is though registered in Peshawar, but was operating in Charsadda without approval from the registration authority. The registration of BARAN (Basic Awareness and Rehabilitation Network) was suspended in violation of its own memorandum and for failure in holding its election despite the passage of three years. Furthermore, NGO is registered in Peshawar and without getting approval from its earlier registration authority has extended operation to districts Bannu, Tank and D.I. Khan.
