At least 17 criminals, including two target killers, were arrested from different areas here on Saturday. According to police sources, two suspected target killers were held in Kalakot area. The accused were involved in incidents of target killing and others crime activities. Weapons were also recovered from their possession. In Baldia Town area, the police arrested as many as 14 suspected drugs dealers.
It may be added street crimes in the mega city have took an alarming situation. A wedding home in Liaquatabad area was robbed completely late Friday night during the absence of its owners. Meanwhile, people caught and thrashed a robber in Rizvia area of Karachi, who was later handed over to the police.
