A declining trend persisted on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of modest trading, dealer said. On the cereals side, Barley Sindh and Mardan low types were unchanged at Rs 3700 and the best varieties were lower by Rs 100 to Rs 3800, they said.
On the seeds side, rapeseeds oilcake Nawabshah low types were inert at Rs 2100 while the best qualities were lower by Rs 50 to Rs 2125, rapeseeds Mirpurlain low quality was unchanged at Rs 2100 while the better quality shed Rs 50 to Rs 2125, cakes low the was down by Rs 50 to Rs 1050 and the good types lost Rs 65 to Rs 1060, cottonseeds oilcake with bag low type showed no change at Rs 2050 while the best quality was unchanged at Rs 2100, they said. Prices were unmoved on the grams and rice sectors, dealers said.
