Six benches of the Supreme Court will hear important cases during the next week, starting from Monday, January 25. The first bench consists of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain.
The second bench consists of Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rahman and Justice Tariq Parvez. And the third bench included Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa, Justice Mushir Alam and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood. Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Faisal Arab will make up the fourth bench whereas the fifth bench will comprise Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik, while the sixth bench will consist of Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Maqbool Baqar.
According to cause list issued here on Saturday on SC websites, no adjournment on any ground will be granted and no application for adjournment through fax will be placed before the court, adding if the counsel is unable to appear for any reason, the advocate-on-record will be required to argue the case.
