H.E Dunya Maumoon, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Maldives, will undertake an official visit to Pakistan on 27-29 January 2016. The visiting dignitary will call on the Prime Minister of Pakistan. She will also hold meetings with the Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs and the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs. In these meetings, Pakistan and the Maldives will review the various aspects of their bilateral relations.
The Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs will host a lunch in honour of the Foreign Minister and her delegation. Pakistan and the Maldives enjoy close and cordial relations. The relations are based on mutual trust, common faith and understanding. Pakistan and Maldives have been actively co-operating with each other at the regional as well as the multilateral fora.-PR
