The semi-final round of the second Alam Al-Khayal Junior National Tennis Championship ended on Wednesday, with a dozen matches being decided. In under-18 girls competitions, Noor Malik beat Maheen Khan by 6-1, 6-0. In the other semi final, Ayesha Jawad beat Shimza by 6-4, 6-2. In under-18 boys events, Syed Nofil Kaleem beat defending junior champion Aman Attique Khan 6-0, 6-2 while in second one, Harris Irfan ul Haq defeated Barkatullah 7-6, 5-7, 6-4.
In under-18 doubles semi-finals, Haris Irfan ul Haq-Syed Nofil Kaleem beat Hafiz Arbab Ali and Fahad Ahmad by 6-1, 6-3 while in second, Aman Attique Khan-Talha Bin Asif beat Barkatullah-Asadullah 6-3, 1-6, 11-9 In under-10 events, Bilal Asim beat Ahmad Nael by 8-0 while the second one saw Maha Saeed beating Shaeel Tahir 8-3. The under-14 first semi-final then saw Abdul Sami beating Muhammad Abdullah by 6-2, 6-1. In under-12 boys' event, Sami Zaib won against Ahmad Noel by 8-5, while in the second semi-final Abdul Hanan Khan defeated Tayyab Mustafa by 8-2 and qualified for the finals.
