Director General Military Operations (DGMO) of Afghanistan along with delegation on Thursday visited General Headquarters and met DGMO Pakistan, media release of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said. Afghan delegation's visit was sequel to Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Raheel Sharif's visit of Kabul in December 15, during which regular bilateral interactions of Pakistan and Afghanistan military were decided, as part of which bilateral Corps Colanders meeting was also held at Peshawar last week.
During the Thursday's meeting, issues relating to bilateral security and border management came under discussion. Both sides reiterated that terrorists operating on either side of border would not be allowed to use their soil for any terrorist activity on either side of the border. Both sides expressed resolve to continue the interaction for better bilateral military to military co-ordination.
