The Overseas Pakistanis Commission (OPC), Punjab has arranged road shows in London and Manchester to create awareness among the overseas Pakistanis living in UK regarding redressal of their grievances on the spot. According to official sources, a large number of overseas Pakistanis from UK participated in these events. Commissioner, OPC Punjab Afzal Bhatti, while speaking on these occasions said "OPC, Punjab is a flagship initiative of the CM Punjab and we are working whole heartedly to resolve the problems of overseas Pakistanis."
The overseas Pakistanis appreciated the efforts of Chief Minister Punjab for resolving the issues of overseas Pakistanis. Captain Shaheen Khalid Butt (Retd), Vice Chairperson, OPC, Punjab and DIG Ahmad Mubin, Additional Director General (Police Matters) also spoke on the occasion and informed them that the Commission was vigorously following and resolving the complaints of overseas Pakistanis.
