Rain, snowfall expected in various parts

The Meteorological Department has forecast rain with snowfall over the hills in Balochistan, upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir on Saturday and Sunday. It said a westerly wave is likely to enter western parts of Balochistan late on Friday night and likely to grip upper parts of the country on Saturday.
Meteorological Department forecast further said that mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Saturday. However, rain with snowfall over the hills is expected at isolated places of Quetta, Kalat, Malakand, Hazara, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. On Sunday the weather will remain cold and dry in most parts of the country.
