Police on Monday arrested and later released five students allegedly involved in a cracker attack at a private school on February 12. An official at North Nazimabad police station told Business Recorder that the school children were presented before the DIG after they were arrested from North Nazimabad area. However, they were released after they confessed to have carried out the crime. The students are aged between 12 to 15 years. "They took this extreme step after the school administration allegedly barred them from appearing in the examinations due to non-payment of fee," the official said.
