D G Khan Cement Company Limited (DGKCL) has decided to increase its investment in Adamjee Insurance Company by Rs 1.26 billion, said a stock filing. The fresh investment will be made through purchase of Adamjee shares at the prevailing stock market rate. The DGKCL board has authorised the company's CEO and CFO to execute the transaction as and when deemed appropriate in the interest of the company and its shareholders.
