The management of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has made all its captains bound to report seat occupancy in de-brief; it was learnt here on Thursday. According to a circular, the PIA management has made mandatory for all its captains to report the passengers' seat occupancy in case the total passengers on board are less than the 50 percent of aircraft capacity. The circular further stated that report must carry the total number of passenger seats and Pax load.
