The Foundation University Islamabad (FUI) and Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce (SLUC), China inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster cooperation between the two Institutions of higher learning. The MoU was signed by Guoming ZHOU, Vice President, SLUC and Major General Dr Akhtar Waheed (Retd), Director Foundation University Islamabad Campus. The scope of collaboration includes exchange of faculty members, undergraduate and graduate student degree programmes, joint projects related to research, teaching and faculty development and, student exchange programme.
