An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi on Monday indicted sector in-charge of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in Lyari Amir alias Sar Phata in explosives possession case. The hearing of the case was conducted in Karachi Central Jail Complex. The accused, however, refused to plead guilty in the case. The court after hearing arguments summoned the witnesses on the next hearing.
