State-run Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Sunday that its international arm has signed a memorandum of understanding to develop oil fields in Pakistan. The signing by Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) took place in Kuwait during a visit by oil minister Shahid Abbasi to the Gulf Arab state, KPC said in a statement.
