Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari paid glowing tributes to his party's slain MPA Abdullah Murad Baloch on his 12th death anniversary being observed in Malir on Sunday.
In a message on the occasion, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that Abdullah Murad was a brave Jiyala who struggled for democracy throughout his life and ultimately sacrificed his life for that noble cause.
"Abdullah Murad remained in the forefront of the movements launched by the PPP for restoration of democracy and people's rights. He never looked back despite receiving threats from the terrorists and armed gangs," said Mr. Bilawal.
He said that from Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Benazir Bhutto to Abdullah Murad, the Party leadership and workers have always been sacrificing for the country and democracy and for the usurped rights of the people through their blood and sweat.
