Seventeen people including three women were killed and 30 others injured when a suicide bomber targeted district court's compound in tehsil Shabqadar, District Charsadda on Monday. According to District Police Officer (DPO) Suhail Khalid, the bomber exploded himself when he was intercepted by security guards at the main gate of the courts. He said the blast occurred when scores of people were present in the court premises.
