Chief Executive, Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) Anwar Ul Haq Yousafzai visited Pesco Timergara Division and presided over a meeting of officers of Timergara and Dir Divisions.
The CEO reviewed the performance of both divisions and directed the concerned officers to redress the customers complaints on the spot, preventing of "Kunda Culture" and copping the persons involved in power pilferage with iron hands. The CEO directed the replacement of defective meters immediately and starting photo billing in all sub-divisions so as to redress the over-billing complaints.
Chief Executive Pesco Anwar Ul Haq Yousafzai vowed that provision of better facilities to consumers is their top priority and said that every step should be taken to provide better facilities to consumers at their door steps.
The CEO also held an open katchery in Timergara and a large number of people, beside, Members National Assembly, Sahibzada Tariq Ullah, Yakoob Khan and Member Provincial Assembly Sana Ullah Khan, District Council Members, Nazims attended the open katchery.
The CEO directed the concerned for the redressal of the complaints and directed that no load shedding be carried out in the areas where losses are less than 30% and recovery is up to 70%.CEO directed to provide emergency transformers trolleys in each division.
He said that construction of 132 KV Maidan, and Lal Qila will soon be started to overcome of the over loading, low voltage, tripping and break downs complaints. The people thanked the CEO for holding Open Katchery and extended their full support and cooperation to him.
Later, the CEO Pesco Anwar Ul Haq Yousafzai visited 132 KV Timergara Grid Station and inspected the installation work of 26MVA power transformer. CEO directed the concerned staff to complete the work as early as possible.
