Modest trade seen on grain market

A modest trading was witnessed on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of trade, dealers said. On the seeds side, castor seeds Sindh drifted lower by Rs 50 to Rs 2250-2300 and castor seeds Lakhra lost Rs 100 to Rs 2600, other items did not show any change due to less buying interest among buyers, they said. On the cereals side, Moong Afghan recovered week-end's losses, gaining Rs 1225 to Rs 11250, other commodities held the overnight levels, they said. Prices were unmoved on the rice and grams sectors, they said.
