A few changes were seen on the wholesale grain market on Monday in the process of trade, dealers and experts said. On the cereals side, wheat old and new Bardan quoted unchanged at Rs 3350, Gur lost Rs 200 to Rs 5800 and R 6300, other commodities held the overnight levels, they said.
On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh picked up Rs 10 to Rs 2960 and the best, quality, however, shed the same amount to Rs 3000, other items held the overnight levels, they added. Prices were unmoved on the seeds and grams sides, dealers said.
