Jawans of Dolphin Force Shadman sector, who arrested criminal elements on taking timely action, called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, here on Sunday. The Chief Minister gave congratulated Jawans of Dolphin Force on arresting the criminals by taking timely action against them and appreciated their capabilities. He also gave commendatory certificates and cash prizes to Jawans of Dolphin Force.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that by taking timely action against criminal elements, Jawans of Dolphin Force have performed their duties efficiently and people expect such performance form this new force. He said that Dolphin Force has been brought to the field after providing best training and prepared with resources of billions of rupees. He said that citizens have high expectations of this force, as Jawans of this force will protect their life and properties. Shehbaz Sharif said that the way Jawans of Dolphin Force have arrested criminal elements, they will have also to perform their duties honestly in future as well and become real protector to the people through their performance as heavy responsibilities lies upon them with regard to controlling street crime.
He said that Jawans will have to perform their duties with hard work and honesty for coming up to the expectations of the masses. By rendering their duties, they will be blessed in this world and the world hereafter, he added.
He said that if they would move forward with revolutionary thinking and act, they will definitely succeed and street crime will be controlled in street and mohallahs and they will win the hearts of the people through their performance. He said that Dolphin Force equipped with modern training is a new face of Punjab police and it is their responsibility to make it more beautiful.
He said that Dolphin Force has been prepared with very hard work and efforts. He said that Dolphin Force is not for any VIP but prepared for safeguarding life and property of common man and giving sense of protection to common man about the life and property is its responsibility.
He said that process of accountability is also necessary as performance will improve with accountability. Addressing on the occasion, Inspector General Police said that Dolphin Force has been given modern training in accordance with the vision of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and this force is working hard for the eliminating street crime. Inspector General Police Mushtaq Sukhera, CCPO Lahore Captain (R) Amin Vains, DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf and SP Dolphin force Syed Karar were also present on the occasion. Jawans of Dolphin Force who met the Chief Minister included Shadman Sector Incharge Waqar Afzal, Waqas Safdar, Ashgar Ali, Sajid Majeed and Abdul Rehman.
